Job summary

Dynamo AI is seeking a Product Manager for AI Governance & Compliance to design how legal, risk and compliance teams participate in policy writing, guardrail creation and review. You will build workflows, ensure audit-ready evidence, and translate regional regulations into enforceable guardrails.

You will present to senior risk and legal stakeholders and lead customer engagements, expanding the product scope to inventory and risk tiering over time.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years PM experience in GRC, regtech or enterprise workflow software.
• Experience with legal, risk, compliance in large enterprises.
• Track record bringing a team into a new process it did not previously own.
• Understanding of enterprise decision-making and sign-off processes.
• Knowledge of regulated AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, ISO).

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for legal, risk and compliance workflows against defined customer problems and success metrics.
• Map stakeholders: economic buyer, and approvers; secure participation through the buyer.
• Design and run engagement models and translate them into product features.
• Lead engagements with model risk, compliance, legal and privacy teams.
• Translate regulatory requirements into product requirements with eng/rl research.
• Collaborate with DynamoEval and DynamoGuard PMs on policies and reporting.
• Monitor AI regulation and guidance and assess impact on roadmap.
