Job summary

nPlan is hiring a Product Manager in the UK to shape the quarterly roadmap for our AI-driven construction risk platform. You will own product scope, run user research, and translate insights into concrete features with input from engineering and deployment teams.

You will guide decisions under uncertainty, balance trade-offs, and collaborate with Senior Leadership to ensure the right features ship at the right time. This role emphasizes customer understanding and data-driven prioritization.

Qualifications

• Two-plus years owning a B2B or enterprise AI or SaaS product that ships and is used by real clients.
• Able to translate ambiguous problems into actionable roadmap decisions and trade-offs.
• You communicate clearly with engineers, customers, and leadership to align on priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead close to customers through user and buyer research and real feedback to shape product direction.
• Analyze how people use the product and guide users to high-value features (using tools like Posthog/Userflow).
• Own detailed scoping with engineers to prevent delays and ensure clarity.
• Contribute to a monthly Product Day in the London office, collaborating with Deployment and Engineering teams.
• Shape decisions under uncertainty by translating risk and forecasts into actionable plans for executives.
