Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a Product Manager II to own the Investor Communications and documents product within the Ascend Platform. You will manage end-to-end requirements, backlog, and success metrics for investor-facing statements, tax documents, and proxy materials in a regulated fintech setting.

You’ll partner with Compliance and Operations, write clear PRDs, and collaborate with AI-enabled workflows to ship MVPs and iterations efficiently.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years on investor/regulated communications or high-scale messaging in fintech.
Track record shipping features on API-first, event-driven, or microservices-based products.
Hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude) to gather requirements and prototype MVPs.
Proficiency writing SQL to query and analyze product and delivery data.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end Investor Communications product backlog, requirements, and success metrics.
Write PRDs and user stories with clear acceptance criteria for features.
Collaborate with other Product Managers across the Ascend Platform on standards and timing.
Work with AI-assisted workflows to prototype concepts and deliver MVPs.
