Job summary

Low Carbon is seeking an early-career Product Manager to lead end-to-end product development in technical environments. You will translate business needs into requirements, work with engineers and quants, and contribute to AI-assisted development with direct coaching from the Head of Product.

You will join a small, high-ownership team at an inflection point, shaping how we build products and deliver value to business users impacting the energy transition.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in product management or related field.
• Able to read code and discuss with engineers.
• Experience with sprint/Kanban and qualitative/quantitative research.
• Strong stakeholder skills across operators to senior leaders.
• Comfort in defining processes and prioritising with ambiguity.
• Active user of AI tools in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development, from requirements gathering to delivery.
• Translate internal requests into clear, actionable requirements and shape scope.
• Collaborate with quants and engineers to translate model outputs into usable products.
• Contribute to product roadmaps and own roadmap areas as you grow.
• Hands-on with design: user flows, interfaces, iterations with coaching from Head of Product.
• Contribute to AI-assisted development and future AI features for internal use.
