Job summary

Paysafe is seeking a Product Manager for Agentic Commerce to lead the strategy, development, and rollout of merchant-facing and consumer wallet agents. You will shape how autonomous agents represent merchants and consumers across discovery, transaction, and post-purchase experiences.

You will work across Engineering, AI/Data, Risk, Compliance, and Payments teams to translate trends into market-ready capabilities, define go-to-market plans, and drive adoption in a hybrid London-based setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in payments, fintech, or digital commerce.
• Experience owning products from strategy to launch and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of merchant commerce and payments ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Agentic Commerce product strategy and roadmap.
• Define the role of merchant agents across the commerce lifecycle.
• Develop consumer wallet agent capabilities for payments and wallets.
• Define interactions between merchant agents, consumer agents, and external AI ecosystems.
• Identify and prioritize agentic use cases based on value and feasibility.
• Lead market research, competitive intelligence, and technology assessment.
• Develop business cases, pricing models, and financial projections.
• Establish product requirements with Engineering and AI/Data teams.
• Collaborate with Payments teams to optimize across cards, wallets, and payment rails.
• Define security, privacy, and governance frameworks with Risk and Compliance.
• Manage strategic technology partnerships to accelerate capabilities.
• Drive product commercialization, GTM, and customer adoption.
