Rightmove in London is seeking a Product Manager for Agent Select to own the roadmap for the core platform underpinning agent selection features. You will work with engineers and architects to balance needs and delivery milestones, shaping the strategic direction with clear rationale and insights.

You will lead discovery, collaborate with multiple teams, manage third-party integrations, and translate requirements into platform capabilities that support growth, reliability and operational

Qualifications

• Ability to lead product discovery for platform/infrastructure problems.
• Proven track record delivering software products in a tech-led company.
• Experience managing third-party vendor relationships.
• Maintain a strong commercial and strategic approach to product management.
• Owns a product and drives it with an autonomous team.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategic direction, vision and objectives for Agent Select Platforms.
• Own the roadmap for the core platform underpinning agent selection features.
• Maintain backlog of platform improvements and priorities with Stakeholders.
• Lead integration of third-party providers to strengthen platform integrity.
• Define and monitor platform health, SLAs and operational performance.
