Job summary

Pleo is seeking a Product Manager - Integration to shape how accounting data flows between Pleo and leading ERP and accounting systems across Europe.

You will own a portfolio of integrations, work with finance teams and external partners to translate needs into concrete requirements, and drive improvements with engineering and data teams in a hybrid work setting, helping customers automate month-end close and improve data quality while reducing manual work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on bookkeeping and finance process knowledge (expense coding, reconciliation, month-end close).
• Strong understanding of how accountants and finance leads work day to day.
• Track record translating requirements into delivery with product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of accounting integrations and partner relationships.
• Translate export, reconciliation and month-end close workflows into product requirements.
• Partner with engineers to define data mapping across systems and APIs.
• Improve integration setup and configuration to onboard customers with fewer issues.
• Act as accounting domain expert to improve data quality and reduce manual work.
• Support external partners and ERP vendors building on Pleo’s APIs.
• Track export success rate, adoption, and integration-related support volume.
