Pleo is seeking a Product Manager - Integration to bring hands-on accounting expertise into a product environment. You’ll own a portfolio of integrations and partner relationships, translating customer needs into precise requirements and working with engineering and external vendors to deliver reliable, end-to-end finance data flows.

You’ll collaborate with the Accounting Integrations and Product teams across Europe, influencing decisions and driving visibility into export success, month-end

Qualifications

• Hands-on bookkeeping and finance process knowledge (expense coding, reconciliation, month-end close).
• Strong understanding of how accountants and finance leads work day to day.
• Track record delivering requirements through product teams from definition to delivery.
• Experience managing external partners or senior stakeholders and delivering through influence.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of accounting integrations and partner relationships, balancing customer needs and internal priorities.
• Translate export, reconciliation and month-end close workflows into clear product requirements and integration behaviours.
• Partner with engineers to define data mapping and implementation details across multiple accounting systems and APIs.
• Improve the integration setup and configuration experience for smoother onboarding.
• Act as an accounting domain expert to improve data quality and reduce manual work for finance teams.
• Support external partners and ERP vendors to ensure alignment on delivery and quality.
• Track outcomes like export success rate and adoption while reducing support volume.
