Role Overview: Focused on increasing market share, exceeding margin & growth targets through effective Product Analysis, Planning, Forecasting, Development, Management & Execution.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Product Management: Oversee New Product Introduction (NPI), manage existing product ranges, and develop business models for new and existing SKUs.
2. Growth Initiatives: Drive initiatives to meet market share, volume, and margin targets, contributing to the company's profitability and strategic goals.
3. Project Management: Engage in commercial strategies and project management, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and efficient execution.
4. Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze technical data and financial metrics to inform decision-making, proposing strategies for improvement and growth.

Qualifications & Skills required:

1. Educational Background: Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
2. Relevant Experience: Experience with engineered/physical products within engineering, manufacturing, or related environments.

4. Leadership & Development: Experience leading and mentoring other Product Managers.
5. Project & NPD Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

7. Data & Financial Analysis: Skilled in analyzing performance metrics and financial data, with strong Excel skills.
