What Are We Looking For

We’re looking for apassionate, hands-on Product Managerto join our early team. You’ll work directly with the founder toscale the ProductMasters community, platform, and digital products, helping us execute experiments, run content and automation systems, and grow our network of professionals and partners.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to build, test, and grow in public—and is excited by the idea of shaping a movement in product thinking.

What Experience We Want

• Strong experience (3+ years) inProduct Management,Product Ops, orGrowth roles.
• Familiarity withcommunity building,content systems, ordigital product platforms.
• Previous exposure tono-code tools,automation, orAI toolslike ChatGPT, Claude or Zapier is a big plus.
• Hands-on experience withproduct analytics toolssuch asMixpanel,Amplitude, orPostHog.
• Ability to query and analyze data usingSQL,BigQuery, or similar.
• Comfortable usingno-code toolsandautomation platformslikeZapier,Make,Webflow, orNotion.
• Comfortable with startup ambiguity, fast iteration, and ownership.
• Comfortable in automating tasks

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication (English required; Spanish a plus).
• Strategic mindset but very execution-driven—someone who ships.
• Ability to work async, manage your own time, and thrive in a distributed environment.
• Passion for Product, Growth, and creating value-driven experiences for users.
• Bonus: Experience launching newsletters, product marketing, or micro-SaaS tools.
