Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for premium home appliances? ASKO, our Premium brand, is seeking a driven Product Manager to help shape our product roadmap, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional market insight.

Main responsibilities

Market Analysis

  1. Conduct in-depth research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  2. Identify entry points and opportunities for ASKO products to support product development with HQ.

Product Planning

  1. Design and execute product launch strategies, distribution models, and go-to-market plans.
  2. Collaborate with HQ to define product specifications based on UK market needs.

Pricing & Promotions

  1. Partner with the sales team to develop competitive pricing and promotional campaigns that drive sales and market share.

Planning & Forecasting

  1. Build sales and supply plans using channel forecasts, sell-out data, and market trends.
  2. Ensure accurate forecasting to optimize inventory and product availability.
  3. Work closely with sales, logistics, and marketing to achieve monthly and annual KPIs, including revenue, profit, inventory turnover, and premium product sales.
  4. Track market share and performance to ensure continued growth.

Marketing Support

  1. Support the marketing team in developing product communication and promotional strategies that resonate with our target consumers.

HQ Coordination

  1. Serve as the key UK contact for HQ, managing communication on after-sales, logistics, marketing, and product-related topics.

Key requirements

  1. Proven experience in product management or product marketing, preferably in consumer electronics or home appliances.
  2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  3. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  4. A proactive, self-starter attitude with a commercial mindset.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
