Job summary

Lupa is building an AI-native operating system for veterinary practices and pet parents, offering a single platform for scheduling, clinical documentation and care guidance.

As a Product Manager you will own end-to-end product areas, define roadmaps, and ship AI-powered features in health-tech SaaS, collaborating with Engineering and Design.

This role is based in Paddington, London HQ and requires a hands-on, outcomes‑driven mindset to shape AI-native product development.

Qualifications

• Solid background as a PM at a SaaS company.
• Experience shipping AI-powered features.
• Own a roadmap and make trade-offs under constraints.
• Strong technical fluency for architectural discussions.
• Experience in health-tech or regulated industries.
• Background at FAANG or high-growth startup (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Own product areas end-to-end from zero-to-one discovery through to shipping, measuring, and iterating in production.
• Define and drive the roadmap for your domain, balancing customer pain, AI capability, and commercial impact.
• Work at the intersection of AI and B2B SaaS, embedding LLM-powered features into clinical and operational workflows used by vets.
• Run discovery loops with customers, observe practices, and translate real-world problems into product decisions.
• Collaborate daily with Engineering and Design to ship fast while maintaining quality and coherence.
• Align with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure measured outcomes.
• Define success metrics for initiatives and hold yourself accountable to them.
• Contribute to how the product team operates and shape processes.

In this role, you will:

• Own product areas end-to-end, from zero-to-one discovery through to shipping, measuring, and iterating in production

• Define and drive the roadmap for your domain, making hard prioritisation calls that balance customer pain, AI capability, and commercial impact

• Work at the intersection of AI and B2B SaaS. defining how LLM-powered features get embedded into clinical and operational workflows that vets actually use

• Run tight discovery loops with customers; getting into practices, watching how vets work, and translating messy real-world problems into sharp product decisions

• Collaborate daily with Engineering and Design to ship fast, without sacrificing quality or coherence

• Align with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure what you build lands well and drives measurable outcomes

• Define success metrics for every initiative and hold yourself accountable to them

• Contribute to how the product team operates, our processes are still forming and you’ll help shape them

Your background looks something like:

• Solid background as a PM at a SaaS company, ideally one that was building 0–1 products in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment

• Experience shipping AI-powered features, you understand what LLMs can and can’t do, and you know how to design around their limitations

• A track record of owning a roadmap and making difficult trade-offs under real constraints, not just managing a backlog

• Strong technical fluency, you don’t need to write the code, but you can engage meaningfully in architectural conversations

• Experience in health-tech, vertical SaaS, or a regulated industry (nice to have)

• Background at a FAANG company or high-growth VC-backed startup (nice to have)
