Job description

x 2 days in London Bridge + 1 day in store

Up to £80,000

I'm working with a growing consumer brand that's investing heavily in its digital and customer experience capabilities.

This isn't a traditional Product Manager role where you'll inherit a roadmap and manage stakeholders. Instead, you'll be given real business problems and the autonomy to figure out how to solve them.

You'll work closely with store colleagues, customers and engineering teams to understand pain points, shape solutions and take products from idea through to pilot launch.

Some of the initiatives include:

  • Building customer self-service capabilities
  • Creating customer-facing quoting and account tools
  • Improving payment journeys and digital experiences
  • Enhancing internal lead management and CRM capabilities
  • Exploring data-driven approaches to improve lead conversion

We're looking for someone who is comfortable operating in ambiguity and enjoys turning

problems into products.

You’ll ideally have experience with:

  • Product discovery and problem-solving
  • Backlog ownership and prioritisation
  • Breaking down epics into deliverable outcomes
  • Working closely with engineers and end users

Retail, ecommerce or customer self-service experience would be advantageous.

If you enjoy getting close to users, defining solutions and seeing ideas become reality, I'd love to speak with you.
