Job summary

Creation Recruitment is seeking a Product Manager to own a B2B SaaS product area, shaping backlog and roadmaps to deliver outcomes that align with business priorities and user needs. You will work with a compact, experienced product team and leverage AI tooling to prototype solutions.

You will partner with stakeholders, manage cross‑functional dependencies, and communicate progress to senior leaders, driving the product strategy forward from day one.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience as a Product Manager on a B2B SaaS platform.
• Data-literate: comfortable defining metrics and using data to prioritise decisions.
• Clear, structured communication: written user stories/acceptance criteria and verbal updates.
• Proficient with AI tools as an assistant and prototyping aid.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day ownership of your product area—backlog, roadmap, and outcomes.
• Adopt and improve existing processes; establish lightweight, practical ways of working where none exist.
• Define and maintain a clear, defensible roadmap aligned to business priorities, user needs and technical constraints.
• Manage integration dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations across internal teams and external providers.
• Communicate progress clearly and proactively to senior stakeholders.

Knowledge and Experience:

• 4+ years experience as a Product Manager working on a B2B SaaS platform
• Data-literate: comfortable defining metrics, setting targets, and using data to prioritise and defend decisions.
• Clear, structured communication- written (user stories, acceptance criteria) and verbal (stakeholder updates, discovery sessions).
• Ability to leverage AI tools effectively and to a high standard, both as an assistant to your day-to-day work and as a prototyping too.
