Our client is now recruiting for a Product Manager in the UK region to join their team, where you can make a real difference in patient's lives.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing product life cycle on new and existing products
• Helping to drive creating and execution of business plans and marketing plans to ensure financial objectives are achieved
• Manage product launches and ongoing product development
• Develop sales channel and support market access to ensure market leadership
• Working alongside international team and cross-functionally with sales, marketing and inventory teams as well as ensuring proper documentation and communication
• Provide technical product support, including surgical theatres, with significant customer-facing requirements to maintain gold standard in specialist fields; working with priority accounts and surgeons to drive market share and develop key customer relationships and KOL network
• Undertake market analysis, ensuring insight for strategic decision-making
• Collaborating with relevant departments to ensure products meet regulatory and quality standards

Experience:

• Proven experience in product management within the medical device industry
• Proven experience in complex arthroplasty
• Proven sales experience in surgical orthopaedic sector
• Deep understanding of challenges face in the NHS and a track record of changing external environment
• Evidence of high work ethic and collaborative working
• Solution orientated
• Full valid driving licence
• Eligibility documentation to work in the UK
