You're a driven Junior Product Manager who thrives on understanding customer needs and turning insight into action. As our Product Manager, you'll help shape the product roadmap, represent the voice of the customer, and grow your skills in a supportive, hands-on environment. BASIC SALARY: Up to £32,000

LOCATION: This is a hybrid role, you must be commutable to our office in Leamington Spa.

COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Coventry, Northampton, Banbury, Warwick, Daventry, Rugby, Worcester, Stratford upon Avon.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Support the development and delivery of new product initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are reflected in projects, and contribute to product planning, research, and coordination.

A typical day includes:

• Conducting market and competitor analysis
• Supporting benchmarking activities
• Assisting in go-to-market strategies and product launches
• Creating product documentation and training materials
• Tracking product performance metrics and customer feedback

PERSON SPECIFICATION: Solid analytical skills, data interpretation, high attention to detail, and experience in a similar role are preferred. Project management skills, adaptability, and CIM qualification are desirable.

THE COMPANY: A UK-based manufacturer with nearly 80 years of experience in designing surface preparation tools, serving industries like construction, marine, oil & gas, and heavy industry.

Ideal candidates may have worked as Product Manager, Junior Product Manager, Marketing Executive, or Product Owner in manufacturing or related sectors.
