The Role:

As a Product Manager, you’ll play a central role in defining the vision and roadmap of key digital products. You’ll take ownership of the full product lifecycle—shaping strategy, managing delivery, and translating customer needs into impactful features. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, UX, and commercial teams to ensure products deliver tangible value for users and the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead product strategy in alignment with company goals

• Own the product roadmap and backlog, driving prioritisation decisions

• Translate user insights and business requirements into clear user stories

• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions

• Champion customer needs using personas, journey mapping, and data-driven decision making

• Lead UAT and ensure release quality meets customer and business expectations

• Balance long-term vision with short-term delivery; manage scope, risks, and trade-offs

• Manage stakeholder expectations across the business and external clients

• Oversee smooth transitions from legacy to new systems where applicable

• Contribute to sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and visualise work-in-progress

• 3+ years’ experience in a Product Manager role

• Demonstrable experience in defining and executing product strategy

• Strong technical understanding and track record in agile delivery

• Experience delivering customer-focused solutions in a SaaS or ecommerce environment

• Proven success working cross-functionally to deliver business outcomes

• Data-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement

• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and wireframing tools

• Experience working on financial software or system integrations
