Job summary

nPlan is hiring a Product Manager to lead Schedule Studio, an AI-native planning tool for major construction projects. You’ll bring real schedules, defend logic and float, and translate planning judgment into product requirements.

You’ll prototype with AI, review generated outputs with engineers, and shape the roadmap with a pragmatic, data-driven mindset. You’ll work in a small, empowered squad, with equity, generous holidays, flexible remote setup, and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• This role requires 5+ years as a planner or scheduler on major projects.
• You should have deep Primavera P6 skills and defend schedule quality.
• You will prototype with AI and review generated outputs to shape products.

Responsibilities

• Be the planner in the room and set the Schedule Studio's quality standards.
• Own the squad's quarter and make value-driven trade-offs.
• Write specs, prompt agents, and review generated code and outputs.
• Design and ship planning agents with guardrails and data access.
• Run evals to prove improvements in measurable terms.
• Engage with planners and executives to gather feedback.
• Lead contributors across squads without heavy handovers.
