Job summary

Serac Group, a UK-based technology company transforming planning and construction with AI, is hiring a Product Lead to shape what comes next. You will own product direction across multiple products, balancing new bets with improvements to live work and collaborating with engineers, designers and stakeholders.

You’ll steer the roadmap, set clear specs, and guide the integration of AI to improve outcomes for councils, homeowners and professionals while ensuring compliance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Own products end-to-end, ideally in a small team without separate QA or product ops.
• Comfortable in complex, rules-heavy domains such as planning, legal, finance or government.
• Able to have real conversations with engineers and understand trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Set and own product direction across multiple products, balancing new bets with improvements to live products.
• Write clear specs that give engineers context without dictating implementation details.
• Shape how we use AI in our products and ensure responsible, value-driven deployments.
