Arc'teryx Equipment is seeking seasonal Product Guides to join our store. You will be the face of the brand on the retail floor, delivering an unforgettable guest experience and helping guests choose gear that fits their passions. You are product-obsessed, love the outdoors, and will share knowledge with guests.

You will work during key retail periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and grow with a collaborative team. This fixed-term role runs Oct 2026 through Jan 2027, 37–40 hours per week, hourly pay,

Qualifikationen

• Guest-focused with the ability to inspire guests and share product knowledge.
• Willingness to work during peak retail periods and holidays.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

As an Arc'teryx Product Guide, here's what you'd be doing:

• Create Meaningful Guest Experiences: You bring energy and expertise to every interaction - sharing product knowledge, solving problems, and helping guests find gear that fits their needs and passions.
• Live the Brand, Inside and Out:As a true Arc'teryx ambassador, you represent our values both in-store and in the community. You stay curious, keep learning, and inspire others to connect with nature.
• Grow and Collaborate:You develop your skills with the support of your team, contribute to brand initiatives, and help elevate the store experience through feedback and collaboration.
• Keep the Store Running Smoothly: From processing transactions and handling guest expectations to unpacking inventory and supporting daily tasks—you help make sure everything flows.
