Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: Arc’teryx is opening a new Brand Store in Manchester, and we are seeking a Part-Time Product Guide (Sales Associate). You will be the face of the brand on the retail floor, providing an exceptional experience to our guests. You will inspire and share your product knowledge, support community engagement, and develop both personally and professionally. We value authenticity, connection with nature, and a commitment to creating a better world.

As a Product Guide at Arc’teryx, your responsibilities include:

1. Providing a best-in-class brand experience through technical product knowledge and problem solving
2. Understanding and seamlessly communicating product features and benefits
3. Representing Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community
4. Supporting store projects, initiatives, and merchandising feedback
5. Maintaining collaborative relationships with team and leadership
6. Handling store communications and social media responses
7. Processing transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale system
8. Supporting inventory management tasks
