Arc'teryx is opening a new Brand Store in Manchester, and we are seeking a Part-Time Product Guide (Sales Associate)!

You will be the face of the brand on the retail floor, delivering an unforgettable experience to our guests. You will inspire our brand's evolution, as we continue to commit to bold objectives both in stores and in our communities.

You are product-obsessed, eager to experiment outdoors, and passionate about sharing your knowledge with guests. You prioritize your connection with nature and celebrate others doing the same. You genuinely recommend products based on guests' interests and needs.

As a Product Guide at Arc'teryx, your responsibilities include:

1. Delivering a best-in-class brand experience by sharing technical product knowledge and supporting problem-solving.
2. Developing a strong understanding of products and integrating this knowledge into guest interactions authentically.
3. Representing Arc'teryx as a brand ambassador both in-store and in the community.
4. Growing your passions both inside and outside the store with team support.
5. Enhancing the guest experience through collaboration on projects and brand initiatives.
6. Providing feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to help drive sales.
7. Maintaining open, collaborative relationships with team members and leadership.
8. Supporting store tasks as assigned, including answering phones, responding to emails, and engaging on social media channels.
9. Using the Point-of-Sale system accurately for transactions, warranties, trade-ins, and returns.
10. Receiving and unpacking inventory as required.

Details:

• Hours: Part-Time, 10-30 hours/week (2-4 days)
• Compensation: Hourly + Bonus

Expectations:

Availability must meet business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and key holiday periods like Black Friday and the holiday season.

You are responsible for executing your role as outlined and supporting additional projects as directed by store leadership.
