Job summary

Nebius is pursuing a Product Growth Analytics Lead to shape the data-driven growth strategy for its AI cloud platform. You will own analytics for self-service and managed offerings, influence pricing, capacity planning, and product priorities from London's or Amsterdam's offices or remote locations across Europe.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Finance and Sales to translate insights into tangible improvements and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial and product judgment to balance customer value, monetization and growth.
• Hands-on experience analysing large-scale customer data and usage patterns using analytical tools.
• Strong financial modelling skills to translate data into clear recommendations.
• Experience with pricing, packaging, monetization for technical or consumption-based products.

• Proactive, hands-on working style in ambiguous, technically complex environments.

• Develop and evaluate pricing and packaging models (guaranteed capacity, on-demand pricing, commitments, clawbacks).
• Provide data-driven recommendations for self-service and managed offerings, including segmentation and priorities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Finance, and Sales to turn insights into product and operational improvements.

The role

Nebius Token Factory is looking for a Product Growth Analytics Lead.

You can work from our offices in Amsterdam or London, or remotely from any EU country.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Build a comprehensive view of self-service customers, including usage patterns, customer health, satisfaction, retention risks, unmet needs, and growth opportunities.
• Translate customer demand and commercial plans into capacity forecasts and support capacity allocation decisions.
• Measure effective capacity utilization and identify opportunities to improve the commercial value of available capacity.
• Develop and evaluate pricing and packaging models, including guaranteed capacity, on-demand pricing, commitments, clawback mechanisms, and provisioned throughput units.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for the self-service and managed offerings, including customer segmentation, pricing, capacity, and product priorities.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Finance, and Sales to turn insights into concrete product and operational improvements.

We expect you to have:

• Strong commercial and product judgment, with the ability to balance customer value, monetization, growth, and profitability.
• Hands-on experience analysing large-scale customer, product, and usage datasets using analytical or distributed data-processing tools.
• Strong financial modelling skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations.
• Experience with pricing, packaging, monetization, or commercial analytics for technical or consumption-based products.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, Sales, and Operations.
• A hands-on and proactive working style, with the ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous and technically complex environment.
