Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Product Growth Analytics Lead to drive data-driven growth for our AI cloud platform. You will own self-service and managed offerings, translate demand into capacity and pricing strategies, and partner across Product, Engineering, and Sales to deliver measurable improvements.

The role requires strong data analysis, pricing analytics, and financial modelling, with a hands-on, proactive approach in a fast-paced, technically complex environment.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial and product judgment balancing value, monetization, growth and profitability.
• Hands-on experience analysing large-scale customer, product, and usage data with analytical tools.
• Strong financial modelling skills turning complex data into clear recommendations.
• Experience with pricing, packaging, monetization, or analytics for technical/consumption-based products.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, Sales and Operations.
• Hands-on, proactive approach in ambiguous, technically complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Build a comprehensive view of self-service customers, including usage patterns, health, retention risks, unmet needs and growth opportunities.
• Translate customer demand and commercial plans into capacity forecasts and support capacity allocation decisions.
• Measure capacity utilization and identify opportunities to improve commercial value of capacity.
• Develop and evaluate pricing and packaging models (guaranteed capacity, on-demand pricing, commitments, clawbacks).
• Provide data-driven recommendations for self-service and managed offerings (customer segmentation, pricing, capacity, product priorities).
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Finance and Sales to turn insights into product and operational improvements.
