Job summary

CRP Subsea Ltd. is seeking a Product Group Engineering Lead to guide the engineering team in Skelmersdale. You will drive design engineering delivery, ensure compliance with standards, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the product group.

Experience leading technical teams in a manufacturing or engineering environment is essential, with focus on quality, cost, and schedule performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years' engineering experience in manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or similar (BEng/MEng).
• Proven leadership and coaching skills with ability to motivate and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers; manage performance and development plans.
• Ensure design reviews, verifications and risk assessments are completed.
• Plan resources and prioritise work to meet schedule, cost and quality objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and support recruitment and onboarding.
