Job Description

We’re looking for a Product Executive to join our Product and Content team on a Fixed Term Contract until January 2026. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping and delivering destination strategies to boost revenue, improve conversion, and drive growth.

Responsibilities

1. Support Product Managers across various destinations by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and route data.
2. Participate in capacity planning and product quality reviews.
3. Collaborate with marketing, customer operations, finance, and trading teams.
4. Identify quick wins and strategic initiatives to enhance destination propositions.
5. Coordinate with the Retail Trade team to secure sales through social media and promotional activities.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have experience in a tour operator, airline, or OTA, with strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset. Excellent communication, stakeholder influence, and relationship-building skills are essential. A proactive attitude and a passion for continuous improvement are desired.
