This market-leading FMCG company is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Product Engineering Specialist to join their business. The candidate must have a 'can do' attitude and possess a high attention to detail with excellent communication skills. A critical factor of the role will be the efficient utilisation of AI tools to ensure the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals.

As a Product Engineering Specialist, you will work closely with the Sales team to identify potential markets and customers to support a business case for new product development, build/update company product sheets, prepare new product launch documents, facilitate product training alongside the sales department, and lead product promotion campaigns to support global and regional sales strategies.

Internally, the Product Engineering Specialist will also collaborate with the Global Sales Team to adapt the corporate marketing communication strategy to local requirements, as well as with the wider R&D, Customer Technical Service, and Operations teams for various product-related projects.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Studies, or a related field (desired)
• Experience in a similar product engineering role required
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry required, ideally packaging
• Previous experience in B2B sales required
• Flexibility to travel (an average of 2-4 times a year)
• Preference to work on-site (key to effective specialist product knowledge)
• Data rationality and good numeracy skills
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
