Job description

With a good few decades of success under our belt we have taken a breath and looked at where we are heading. With the Engineering Manager and Engineering Director retiring in the next few years we need to bring someone to initially head up Production Engineering then to step into the Engineering Manager's role with the obvious progression to Engineering Director.

We Need Someone With

• Machining Experience - and understanding of process control within a precision machining environment.
• Developed jigs, fixtures and production engineering / machining processes.
• Process Control - achieve consistent results by designing controlled machining processes.
• Production Engineering - efficient, repeatable, robust production processes to guarantee quality output.
• Experience of TS 16949 or your industry equivalent - complete documentation for example Control Charts, PPAP, APQP, FMEA/DFMEA, SPC all to conform to the QS and your customer obligations.
  
  

You'll be graduate level qualified or have extensive credible experience solving problems and developing solutions bringing your experience and skill together and utilising it fully at last.
