Do you possess strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills to drive data-driven solutions? If you want to work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment, you might be the ideal candidate for the Data and Analytics role at Mars in the Pet Nutrition (PN) division.
Pet Nutrition is a vibrant FMCG sector category. As part of our transformation, the Digital First program has been launched by the Mars PN leadership team. This initiative focuses on placing pet parents at the center of our operations, digitalizing business processes, and building future-ready capabilities to achieve growth, profitability, and customer-centricity. The Digital First agenda involves large-scale digitization, requiring leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to navigate complex challenges while leading a team of top-tier data and analytics professionals.
Under Digital First, PN is transitioning to a product-based model to develop business-facing digital capabilities. Your role involves developing and maintaining robust data pipelines and storage solutions to support analytics and machine learning initiatives. You will report to the Director of Data Engineering Solutions and collaborate globally with engineering teams across core products.
