Job summary

Dex is building the orchestration layer for global supply chains, using agentic AI to coordinate work across a network of suppliers, factories, and logistics partners. You’ll be among the first product engineers in our new London office, owning features from concept to production in a small, fast-moving team.

You’ll design the application layer around an AI core, integrate with messy enterprise systems, and make early product decisions that shape what planners at Fortune 250 brands actually use

Qualifications

• Two+ years of full-time product engineering experience.
• Founding or early product engineer at a startup.
• Proficient across API design, data modeling, and UI.
• Decision-making on what to build and ship.
• Based in the UK, ready to relocate to London; sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Own product surfaces end-to-end from concept to daily use.
• Design and build the application layer around an AI core.
• Integrate with ERPs, TMS, supplier portals lacking clean APIs.
• Make critical product decisions balancing scope and velocity.
• Ship features from blank page to production.
