The same engineer who understands repairers writes the code, with no handoff for quality. You’ll reshape a trillion-dollar space by shipping agentic experiences that move users from manual tasks to supervised delegation.

Qualifications

• End-to-end delivery with production code and ownership.
• Genuine customer obsession and deep user understanding.
• Strong product craft for high-stakes workflows.
• Agentic product design: shifting from manual to supervised delegation.

Responsibilities

• Build prototype iterations using AI-assisted tooling and test with real customers.
• Stay close to customers to understand work contexts and pain points.
• Reconcile signals from data and user feedback to inform the next build.
• Own the outcomes: set priorities and explain the reasoning behind decisions.
• Make trade-offs between product impact and engineering effort to achieve the best path.
• Build agentic experiences where humans stay in the loop and trust is earned surface by surface.
• Maintain high craft: push for fast, clear, well-considered surfaces and components.
• Collaborate with engineers to raise the bar with shared components and scalable product craft.
