Shape the Future of Advanced Manufacturing

Are you an engineer with a knack for product optimization and hands-on problem-solving? We are looking for a Manufacturing Product Engineer to drive production excellence, bridge product design with scalable manufacturing, and ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, delivery and cost.

In this role, you won't just maintain the status quo—you will optimize products, validate cutting-edge equipment, mentor peers, and serve as the lead technical expert for complex manufacturing programs.

What You'll Do
  • Design & Optimize: Develop cost-effective, robust manufacturing solutions and new product designs that consistently meet customer specifications and quality benchmarks.
  • Product & Equipment Ownership: Oversee equipment, conduct validations, and lead product verification testing using specialized lab and measurement tools.
  • Continuous Improvement: Leverage data-driven insights and Statistical Product Control (SPC) to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and increase yields.
  • Technical Collaboration: Act as the primary technical point of contact across cross-functional teams, translating complex product requirements into seamless shop-floor execution.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Create thorough product documentation, specifications, and change management records that adhere to strict quality standards.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Build your own area of technical specialization while mentoring junior team members.
What You Bring
  • Education & Experience: HNC or Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, paired with hands-on manufacturing or Manufacturing Engineering experience (an equivalent mix of education and experience will be considered).
  • Analytical Mindset: Proven background in data analysis, root-cause troubleshooting, structured design, and statistical analysis. Strong understanding of customer data pack analysis (Assembly drawings, Bills of Materials, supporting documents) and FMEA creation and maintenance.
  • Hands-on Tooling Knowledge: Familiarity with hand tools, manufacturing equipment, and precision measurement instruments.
  • Communication & Teamwork: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to collaborate directly with customers and production teams alike.
  • Self-Starter Drive: Ability to take ownership of assigned product phases and run with projects independently.
Why Join Us?
  • Meaningful Impact: Play a pivotal role in taking advanced products from blueprint to finished reality.
  • Career Growth: Expand your technical depth with opportunities to specialize and lead within a collaborative engineering culture.
  • Balanced Schedule: Standard operational focus with no routine travel requirements.
