Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
twentyAI is seeking a hands-on product engineer to build and ship software for clients, not a ticket-taker. You will own end-to-end features, including platform components, and work directly with founders and the wider team with no layers between you and decision-makers.
Expect to use AI coding agents daily, deliver production-ready solutions, and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders. Prior startup or consulting-adjacent experience is a plus.
Pairing experienced PE consultants who understand private equity with engineers who live in agentic AI, working side by side on live deals.
Leading investment funds trust them with AI due diligence, red-flag reviews and exit preparation, run their own engagements on their own proprietary technology, with experts in the loop at every step.
They stay with their clients to bring AI into their portfolio companies: scoping what matters, building it with their executive teams, and getting it adopted.
You will be a hands-on product engineer who builds and ships working software for clients, not a ticket-taker.
Some of it is pre-deal: tooling and analysis that sharpens a diligence read inside days.
More of it is post-deal: sitting with a portfolio company's leadership team, finding where AI can move the numbers, and building the first version yourself.
Expect to own real problems end to end, including a share of our own platform, where you will build features that consultants and investors use every day.
You will work with the founders and the wider team directly, with no layers between you and the people making decisions.
Pace matters here, and they expect you to use agentic development tools as a matter of course.
Tickets and features go out quickly, and the ramp is deliberate:
On client work the loop is always the same: define the problem, prototype, pilot, gather feedback, implement, and keep iterating.
With external stakeholders you will lay out options (A, B and C) with the trade-offs made clear, and you will understand how each choice connects to the systems and teams around it.
You are a strong full-stack or product engineer who already works the way the frontier is moving: you build with AI coding agents daily, you are fast without being careless, and you can say what you would not trust an agent to do.
You have shipped production software, ideally in a startup or a consulting-adjacent environment, and you are at ease turning a vague brief into something a client can use.
Just as important, you are comfortable in the room. You can talk to senior, non-technical stakeholders, hold a clear view in a discussion, and push back respectfully when the evidence says otherwise.
Experience of private equity, due diligence or enterprise AI adoption is a plus, but it is not required.
