Job summary

RevTech is a deep-tech software scale-up in the United Kingdom seeking a hands-on technical leader to own product engineering and architecture end-to-end. This role is not about people management; success comes through technical excellence, execution, and influence.

You will own architecture across a highly complex platform, mentor Staff and Senior Staff Engineers who lead their own teams, and embed AI-native and automation-first practices.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software engineering with hands-on product development.
• Proven track record architecting and delivering complex software.
• Experience in high-growth scale-ups or top-tier product organisations.
• Ability to influence senior technical talent without formal authority.
• AI is integrated into design, build and delivery.
