Job summary

Plexus in the United Kingdom is seeking a detail‑oriented candidate to manage the collection, creation, maintenance and control of customers’ design data and related documentation.

You will analyse data integrity, resolve issues, prioritise workload and collaborate with other functions to ensure accurate system loading of Bills of Material and associated data.

Qualifications

• One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the analysis of customer documentation.
• Log the distribution of customer data.
• Lead the loading, formatting and verification and distribution of Bills of Material.
• Support Internal Engineering Change Notices.
• Ensure the completeness of the customer documentation.
• Support component and process problem notification processes.
• Lead resolution of discrepancies identified between customer and internal documentation.
• Lead conflict identification and resolution of non‑technical issues.
• The successful candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, work as a team, and have the ability to take self‑ownership within the role.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and data entry skills.
