Job summary

GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, seeks a senior product leader to balance complex technical architecture with business goals and user needs. You co-own the product, drive end-to-end customer-engagement initiatives, and partner with Engineering, Product, Design, QA, and Operations to elevate quality.

Qualifications

• Self-starter and self-motivated leader driving large concurrent customer-engagement projects from end to end.
• Co-owner of the product with a steadfast focus on the end-user experience.
• Partnering with Engineering, Product, Design, Loc, QA, Publishing, Editorial, IS&T, and Business Operations to ensure high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Experience leading software development projects across the full product lifecycle—from ideation to post-launch analysis.
• Own the product and ensure accountability for delivery, quality, and user value.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive resolutions.
• Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization.
• Work effectively in a globally distributed team.
• Fluency in using AI agents in day-to-day development workflow.
