Job summary
Infinitesima Ltd is seeking a Product Development Manager to lead the Metron3D portfolio from concept to market launch. You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, product marketing and field service to deliver innovative metrology solutions that meet customer needs and business goals.
You will drive strategy, governance and resource planning, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality. Hybrid working opportunities in Abingdon support a flexible yet focused leadership role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading complex technology product development programmes (concept through market launch).
- Strong leadership coordinating multidisciplinary teams across engineering, manufacturing, marketing and service.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; data‑driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development and launch of Metron3D portfolio.
- Define product development strategy, roadmap and delivery plans.
- Lead cross‑functional teams across product marketing, engineering, manufacturing, PM and field service.
- Drive NPI activities from concept to release while managing budget and quality.
