Job Description:

Stoneglow, a leading UK Candle and Home Fragrance manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Private Label NPD. The successful candidate will handle sales & development, manage and grow the portfolio, and introduce new business during the contract period. You should be a natural, inspirational leader with a highly commercial approach.

You should have experience working for a brand at Sales Manager or Project Developer level, with a background in supplying various retailers in the UK and overseas. Experience in Private Label development is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Work within the sales team to meet targets.
• Develop new products with suppliers and production teams.
• Manage and maintain the portfolios assigned to you.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Attend key account meetings, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Understand margins, pricing, and range planning; contribute to range direction and approvals.
• Collaborate with design and product teams on new product development to meet client briefs.
• Ensure orders are delivered on time and within margins, adhering to critical paths.
• Ensure quality control standards are met for clients.
• Attend UK and international trade shows.
