Stoneglow, a leading UK Candle and Home Fragrance manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Private Label NPD professional. The successful candidate will oversee sales and development, manage and expand the portfolio, and introduce new business during the contract period. You should be a natural, inspirational leader with a highly commercial approach.

You will have worked at a brand in roles such as Sales Manager or Project Developer, with experience supplying various retailers in the UK and overseas. Experience in Private Label is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. Work within the sales team to achieve targets.
2. Collaborate on new product development with suppliers and production teams.
3. Maintain and update the portfolios assigned to you.
4. Develop and nurture strong customer relationships.
5. Attend key account meetings, negotiate terms, and close deals.
6. Understand margins, pricing, and range planning; contribute to range direction and approvals.
7. Coordinate with design and product teams to meet client briefs for new products.
8. Ensure critical paths are followed, with orders delivered on time and within margins.
9. Ensure quality control standards are met for clients.
10. Attend UK and international trade shows.
