Job summary

Falconfoodservice in Stirling is looking for a hands-on Product Development Engineer to support the development and improvement of catering appliances. You will work across product development, compliance testing, and prototype builds.

Qualifications

• Experience in product testing, compliance engineering or appliance development.
• Knowledge of gas and/or electrical appliance standards.
• Hands-on skills in wiring, instrumentation and fault finding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Building, modifying and instrumenting prototypes.
• Planning and conducting compliance and performance testing.
• Supporting new product development and improvements.
• Managing test programmes and certification evidence.
