Falconfoodservice in Stirling is looking for a hands-on Product Development Engineer to support the development and improvement of catering appliances. You will work across product development, compliance testing, and prototype builds.

The ideal candidate should have experience in product testing, knowledge of appliance standards, and strong problem-solving skills. This position provides the opportunity to engage with industry professionals and influence product innovation in commercial kitchens.

Qualifications

• Experience in product testing, compliance engineering or appliance development.
• Knowledge of gas and/or electrical appliance standards.
• Hands-on skills in wiring, instrumentation and fault finding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsabilités

• Building, modifying and instrumenting prototypes.
• Planning and conducting compliance and performance testing.
• Supporting new product development and improvements.
• Managing test programmes and certification evidence.
