Up to £40,000 per annum basic salary

Job Overview

An iconic global skincare and cosmetics brand is seeking a detail-oriented Product Development Assistant to assist the Regulatory, Product Development and Quality Assurance teams. (OFFICE BASED)

Beauty experience is essential

Responsibilities
  1. Manage internal and external documents including all technical documents
  2. Review and maintain documents so they are up to date
  3. Organise and file documents in physical and digital formats
  4. Uphold confidentiality and safeguard sensitive proprietary information
  5. Prepare reports on the progress of projects
  6. Maintain product information and help update lists published to cross functional teams
  7. Coordinate 3rd party testing submission, review, and filling the reports as assigned
  8. Log and update formula changes and progress
  9. Help Quality dept maintain documents, coordinate testing, maintain standards and retain samples
Requirements
  1. 1-2 years of experience in an office based beauty role
  2. Process driven with outstanding organisational skills and a high attention to detail
  3. Good typing and proofreading skills
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
  5. Proficient in MS Office – Outlook 365
  6. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external customers
  7. Pro-active approach in problem-solving with ability to meet continuous deadlines
