Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Product Developer-Lingerie role located in Sheffield, United Kingdom. The Product Developer will work closely with the Designers to follow the product development process from their first sketch through to SMS and final handover to the technical team, ensuring design intent is realized. The Product developer will also be responsible for fabric and trim sourcing, supplier management and negotiation, project and timeline management, and actively contribute to sustainability by sourcing sustainable materials.

Qualifications

• Passion for garments and product development, preferably lingerie.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent multitasking and workload prioritization to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and deadline-driven.
• Proficiency in Excel, Illustrator, and experience with PLM software.
• Office-based full-time position.
• Detail-oriented and creative mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
