Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a Product Developer to join our design studio team. Within the design studio, writers, editors, photographers, and artists all work together collaboratively to create world-class Warhammer miniatures and other products. The Product Developer role is a key position that brings together all of these to create the final product, and is focused on the concepting, briefing, and delivering of these products on time, every time. Your unflappable demeanor in the face of unforeseen challenges and your talent for finding innovative solutions to keep the project on track will set you apart.
Passionate about miniatures, Kill Team, Warhammer 40,000, and all the things that truly appeal to lovers of Warhammer globally, and with in-depth knowledge of the Warhammer 40,000 setting and fanbase, you will create top-level design briefs and turn them into creative briefs that our creative teams will then use to create our fantastic products. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the final product aligns perfectly with the initial vision and delivers amazing finished products to our customers.
Highly organised and thorough, you will be the go‑to person who will know the position of all ongoing projects and will assist with creating release schedules, including the coordination of regular launches, and proactively applying learnings to future projects.
Diligent and hard working, you’ll be constantly innovating to improve future release plans. You’ll build key working relationships as you work collaboratively with the Merchandising, Buying and Customer Engagement, and other teams around the business to represent, and lead entire product ranges of Warhammer to globally surprise and delight customers the world over.

The Warhammer World site is based just outside of Nottingham city centre and benefits from a nearby tram stop and free onsite car parking.

Location: This role is based full time on site at our UK headquarters in Nottingham.
