Marks & Spencer is recruiting a Product Developer to help turn customer insights and trends into standout products. You’ll work with Buyers, Technologists and suppliers to move ideas from concept to launch and ensure high quality, market-ready products.

You’ll influence product strategy, develop ranges in line with Brand Values, and spot opportunities within your area, contributing to category success and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in food/product development or related field.
• Strong sense for customer-focused innovation and quality.

Responsibilities

• Keep up to date with trends in foods, packaging and ingredients.
• Deliver product strategy and develop ranges aligned with brand values.
• Collaborate with Trading, Brand Marketing, Technologist and Buyers to input category strategy.
• Set strategy for product ranges to meet category objectives.
• Identify commercial development opportunities within own area.
