Job summary

drnewitt.vincere.io seeks a Product Developer in the North West on a hybrid basis to manage development projects from concept through launch and to handle customer-facing responsibilities.

The candidate should have a degree in Food Science, Bakery Science or chemistry and solid product development experience in the food industry, with bread/pastry/confectionery knowledge and a strong understanding of baking raw materials.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science, Bakery Science or chemistry.
• Product Development experience in the food industry is essential.
• Bread/Pastry/Cake or Confectionery knowledge ideal.
• Strong understanding of raw materials of baking agents and their applications.
• Practical food trails experience and passion for food.

A leading food manufacturer are looking for a Product Developer to join their development team.

This role will Manage development projects from Concept/brief through to launch as well as having customer facing responsibilities.
