You will be responsible for driving the development of products from concept through to release, obsessing over customer experience while ensuring the products make commercial sense.

In 2020, we set out to reinvent pottery, making it accessible and affordable for everyone, moving beyond traditional studios and cafes. We believe everyone is crafty in their own way and aim to inspire creation and community.

Since our launch, we've built an audience of over 1 million on social media and served more than half a million happy customers globally. We are expanding from pottery into related crafts and want to make modern crafts part of everyday life.

The role and how you’ll be working

• As the Product Development Manager at Sculpd, you will shape product direction and contribute to business success by disrupting traditional craft markets.
• You’ll lead the development and launch of new products from concept to market.
• Use consumer insights and trend analysis to inform the product development roadmap.
• Create product roadmaps aligned with brand strategy, business goals, and consumer needs, managing the pipeline of innovations and improvements.
• Continuously incorporate customer feedback into product development.
• Present innovative product ideas, considering customer experience, costs, margins, and business strategy.
• Collaborate with the design team to realize concepts.
• Manage all aspects of product development, including artwork proofing, content accuracy, imagery, barcodes, and batch codes.
• Ensure compliance with testing and labeling requirements.
• Work with manufacturing partners to source materials and packaging.
• Ensure products meet financial targets while considering design and manufacturing costs.
• Project manage from concept to release, meeting milestones and coordinating stakeholders.
