You will be responsible for driving the development of products from concept through to release, obsessing over customer experience, and ensuring the products make commercial sense.

Sculpd is on a mission to make crafts cool again

In 2020, we set out to reinvent pottery, traditionally confined to trained ceramicists and trendy cafes, making it accessible and affordable for everyone. We aim to inspire people to create with pride and bring them together through crafting.

Since our launch, we've built an audience of over 1 million on social media and served more than half a million customers globally. We are expanding from pottery into related crafts and are eager to grow our platform to make modern crafts part of everyday life.

The role and how you’ll be working

• As the Product Development Manager at Sculpd, you will shape product direction and contribute to the company's success by disrupting traditional craft markets.
• You’ll lead the development and launch of new products from ideation to market.
• Use consumer insights and trend analysis to inform the product development roadmap.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with brand strategy, business goals, and customer needs.
• Continuously incorporate customer feedback into product improvements.
• Present innovative product ideas, considering customer experience, costs, margins, and business strategy.
• Collaborate with the design team to realize concepts.
• Manage all aspects of product development, including artwork proofing, content accuracy, imagery, barcodes, and batch codes.
• Ensure compliance with testing and labeling requirements.
• Work with manufacturing partners to source materials and components.
• Ensure products meet financial targets without compromising design quality.
• Manage projects from conception to release, meeting milestones and coordinating stakeholders.
