Job Description

At Aumni, our Product team is reimagining venture portfolio management by empowering our customers with investment tracking, portfolio monitoring, and data analytics tools to make faster, smarter decisions. We are looking for a product designer for our new Company KPI product to drive the product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Convey and articulate discovery insights and design decisions to other Product Designers and team members.
• Co-own with a product manager the gathering, analysis, and representation of customer behavior and sentiment.
• Conduct experiments using quantitative and qualitative methods to test hypotheses.
• Produce high-quality visuals consistent with our design system and brand.
• Apply an iterative approach to design solutions that create value and learning.
• Create experiences that positively impact customer behavior and company objectives.
• Provide constructive feedback during design critique sessions.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product/UX Design experience, especially in web applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design experience.
• Proficiency with Figma and design systems.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying user insights and design rationale.
• Experience with user research and testing hypotheses.
• Knowledge of design best practices and aesthetics.
• Experience creating impactful products that benefit customers and the business.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing Fintech products.
• Knowledge of the private market and venture capital industry.
• Understanding of KPIs documentation and reporting.
• Experience with financial data visualizations.
• Designing web forms for accurate data collection.
