Job summary

Cold Call Advantage is seeking a Product Designer to join our London-based team. You will be involved in the full design cycle from discovery to testing, working with BAs, product managers and developers to lead design initiatives and ensure pixel-perfect, responsive UI delivery.

You should have 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with hands-on skills in Sketch, InVision or Framer X, plus experience in agile sprints and Jira/Confluence workflows.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience as a Product Designer.
• Proficient with Sketch, InVision or Framer X.
• Experience in agile environment with bi-weekly sprints.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence workflows.

Responsibilities

• Be involved in every step of the product design cycle from discovery to testing.
• Collaborate with BAs, product managers and tech teams to lead design.
• Maintain quality of the design process and translate designs into code.
• Contribute to sketching sessions and create pattern libraries.
• Design pixel-perfect responsive UIs and adopt common interface patterns.
