You will own key areas of the customer journey, designing simple and engaging experiences across web and digital products. A major focus will be improving onboarding and checkout, alongside the wider subscription lifecycle including account changes, pauses, skips and customer retention journeys. You will regularly prototype and test new ideas with customers, using feedback and product data to continually improve the experience and identify friction points. Working closely with engineers and product stakeholders, you will take designs from early-stage concepts through to production rather than simply handing over finished screens.
You will also contribute to the continued development of the company's Figma design system, helping create reusable components and consistent experiences across digital channels.
